Gardening in the far west of Cornwall
Local Flora & Fauna
Observations - Summer 2025
On this page you will find photographs of plants and wildlife observed in West Penwith during the summer of 2025. These may have been seen in the garden, in the countryside or out on the coast.
We will be using these records to gauge the effects of a changing climate on local plants and wildlife; both whether new species are becoming established in West Penwith or if plants are blooming earlier or for longer.
You may click on individual images to enlarge them.
